You can also deliver your artwork to us in person on: CD, DVD, or a USB storage drive

If goods have not been printed on or embelished, then there is a 15% restocking fee as well as a shipping fee to get the goods back to the vendor.
If goods have been imprinted, then goods can not be returned.
